Neighborhood Outreach

Engages local communities through relationship-building, prayer, service, and visible Kingdom presence within neighborhoods.

6th Grade Center Outreach

Provides mentorship, encouragement, and positive spiritual influence to middle-school students during a critical stage of development.

Rehabilitation & Visitation Outreach

Extends care to individuals in rehabilitation centers, hospitals, and transitional environments through compassionate presence and spiritual support.

The Greeters Ministry serves as the first expression of welcome at TUBC. This team creates a warm, hospitable, and presence-centered environment by intentionally welcoming individuals and families as they enter worship gatherings.

Rather than focusing on seating alone, Greeters focus on connection, awareness, and atmosphere, helping people feel seen, valued, and at ease from the moment they arrive.

Key Functions Include:

Welcoming guests and members with warmth and clarity

Assisting with directions, flow, and basic needs

Supporting a peaceful, distraction-free worship environment

Serving as relational connectors within the congregation

The Safety & Welfare Ministry exists to protect, support, and steward the well-being of the congregation—physically, emotionally, and situationally—during services, events, and outreach activities.

This ministry operates with wisdom, discernment, and compassion, ensuring that TUBC remains a safe, orderly, and caring environment for all.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Maintaining safety and awareness during gatherings

Supporting emergency response protocols when needed

Assisting individuals experiencing distress or immediate need

Coordinating welfare support and appropriate follow-up care

Partnering with leadership to ensure responsible stewardship of people and space

Equips men to lead well in faith, family, work, and community through accountability, spiritual growth, and brotherhood.

Through prayer, biblical truth, and Spirit-led care, this ministry helps people identify and address inner wounds, unhealthy patterns, and spiritual strongholds that may be hindering wholeness and freedom in Christ.

This ministry operates with compassion, discretion, and spiritual discernment, partnering with pastoral leadership to ensure care is provided in a safe, orderly, and biblically grounded environment. Our goal is not sensationalism, but healing—helping individuals walk in greater freedom, clarity, and alignment with God’s design for their lives.

This ministry provides compassionate outreach through hospital and home visitation, prayer support for the sick and shut-in, and intentional follow-up with new and prospective members.

Through prayer, encouragement, and relational care, the ministry helps individuals feel seen, supported, and connected to the life of the house. It also serves as a bridge into deeper engagement, helping people discover community, receive ongoing support, and become active participants in the Kingdom family.
